This program area combines legal strategy, evidence preservation, and field protection operations to reduce harm, document abuses, and support civilian safety across conflict zones, displacement corridors, detention settings, and high-risk communities.

Its specialist units address urgent protection risks while strengthening accountability pathways for survivors, witnesses, and affected populations through coordinated humanitarian, legal, and analytical support.
