A veteran of the United States Navy, Joel brings the discipline, operational rigor, and mission-first ethos of military service to every dimension of Pacific 7.0’s work. His time in uniform instilled a deep understanding of logistics, command structure, and the human cost of conflict — foundations that now underpin the organization’s eight directorates.
Holding a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Joel approaches global challenges through an empirical lens. He believes that rigorous scientific methodology — applied to everything from biosecurity to environmental diplomacy — is the most reliable path to durable solutions. That belief is encoded in the DNA of Pacific 7.0’s research and operational frameworks.
