Mission
Building Civil Resilience
To cultivate grassroots resilience by empowering youth, strengthening families, and building the civil society infrastructure that enables communities to thrive โ not just survive โ in the face of adversity.
The Community Empowerment, Youth Development & Civil Resilience Directorate โ operating under the Ohana Foundation Int’l banner โ is the heart of Pacific 7.0 International’s commitment to people. It works at the grassroots level to build the social fabric that makes communities resilient: strong families, empowered youth, financially literate young people, and capable civil society organizations.
