Mission

De-escalation Under Pressure

This unit supports crisis response operations with structured negotiation planning, psychological profiling, and communication strategies designed to reduce harm, stabilize volatile encounters, and protect affected civilians.

Its work helps field teams interpret behavioral indicators, anticipate escalation triggers, and coordinate informed responses in kidnappings, barricade incidents, coercive control cases, and other complex protection scenarios.
